Food and Health Event (Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture)
On Tuesday, July 7, 2020, we held an event about food and health at a cafe "cofee doctors" in Tome City, Miyagi Prefecture, co-hosted by Yamato Home Clinic Tome.
Many local people participated in the event, and we had a lot of fun with lectures by nutritionists Wada-san and Yamaguchi-san and a workshop on menu planning to improve immunity against Covid-19.
