Our name reflects our founding concept of balancing and integrating sustainability with public health and healthcare.

Realizing the sustainability of our society and lifestyle requires not only the adoption of a broader based environmental, eco-friendly approach, but also specific consideration of how a sustainable healthcare system can be brought about in terms of the sustainability of public finances, the medical insurance system, and the like.

Building on a firm foundation of academic knowledge, from public health and health science to health policy and economics, and in cooperation with local residents, NPOs, research institutes, corporations, government, media, and other stakeholders, SustainaHealth undertakes wide-ranging activities with the ultimate aim of creating naturally healthy communities and realizing a sustainable society.
